If you are interested in working with Nichole a phone consultation is a good next step. Our phone consultation is an opportunity for you to briefly share about our situation and to ask any questions. I will ask clarifying questions and share about what I can offer and or referrals to support your needs or interests. I do bill many insurance for covered services, and most clients engage in a combination of covered and uncovered services. This is due to limitations of what insurance covers, for example- elements of KAP are not covered and most (but not all) insurances don't cover sessions over an hour.
I offer phone consultations with folks interested in
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) or Ketamine Assisted EMDR
Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration- education, preparation, integration- great for psychedelic curious folks
Brief Therapy (3-10 sessions- EMDR, ego state parts work, solution focused, mindfulness based)
Periodic Intensives- 90 minute to 3 hour sessions geared toward processing and symptom resolution.
Mindfulness Tools for Stress and Anxiety membership (phone consultation can be helpful, but not required before joining)
The $75 deposit is completely refundable if we decide not to work together for any reason. If we work together, the deposit is on file to credit toward non covered services. If applicable, I will bill your insurance for our initial phone conversation.
