The Day of Mindfulness curriculum and teaching method is inspired by the evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, the gold standard of mindfulness training in medical and research settings. This program is trauma sensitive and is also appropriate for those with concerns about burnout and chronic stress, including workplace, caregiver, and health stress.
Appropriate for beginner and intermediate mindfulness practitioners, as well as advanced practitioners who want to spend an afternoon in practice with others.
