Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is for folks who are interest in integrating mindfulness into day to day life even more. Folks who will benefit:

*those with chronic or acute medical conditions exacerbated by stress

*Professionals at risk for burnout or compassion fatigue (healthcare, education, law)

*Folks on a journey to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression

*Anyone already creating a well lifestyle and wants to focus in on the mindfulness aspect of the path


This course is highly experiential, provides robust support, and is a community learning environment. We are learning from the inside out.

MBSR is an internationally recognized, evidence based course designed to guide and support participants in the ongoing process of cultivating moment to moment awareness in day to day life in an in depth and systematic way.

Nichole has been teaching mindfulness for over ten years, is a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher through University of Massachusetts' Medical School's Center for Mindfulness. She is known for her focused, gentle, and non judgmental approach to healing and growth. She brings expertise and training from her own contemplative practice since 2003 and working in the field of mental health for over fifteen years.
