
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is for folks who are interest in integrating mindfulness into day to day life even more. Folks who will benefit:
*Professionals at risk for burnout or compassion fatigue (healthcare, education, law)
*Folks on a journey to reduce or eliminate anxiety
*those with chronic or acute medical conditions exacerbated by stress
*Anyone already creating a well lifestyle and wants to focus in on the mindfulness aspect of the path
This course is highly experiential, provides robust support, and is a community learning environment. We are learning from the inside out.
MBSR is an internationally recognized, evidence based course designed to guide and support participants in the ongoing process of cultivating moment to moment awareness in day to day life in an in depth and systematic way. The curriculum is trauma informed and stay up to date on research to teach the course in a trauma sensitive way.
Winter 2022 Cohort:
Meet weekly Thursday evenings January 20- March 10 6:00pm-8:00pm MST (8:30 if over 6 students) ONLINE
Daylong class February19, 9:00-3:30pm MST online and in person options
Plan for 30 minutes home practice on non class days
It is possible to add individual therapy or coaching sessions as apart of the program. Message Nichole for more details.

Nichole has been teaching mindfulness since 2010 an, is a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher through University of Massachusetts' Medical School's Center for Mindfulness. She is known for her focused, gentle, and non judgmental approach to healing and growth. She brings expertise and training from her own contemplative practice since 2003 and working in the field of mental health for over fifteen years.
