FREE Orientation and Mindfulness Practice Session with Nichole

Join Nichole Moorman LCSW, Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher for guided mindfulness practice and to learn more about the Resilience and Healing with Mindfulness program.

This session is for you if your interest in mindfulness is piqued and you are curious about integrating kind, moment to moment awareness into day to day life, and into your work even more. You will meet Nichole, get a taste of her teaching style, and learn more about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction specifically. There will be time for questions at the end and the session will be recorded in case you can't make it at the scheduled time.
