Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a psychedelic assisted treatment and experiential modality. KAP combines the anti depressant and anti anxiety pharmaceutical effects of ketamine and longer lasting shifts via psychotherapy and support. The group format offers connection/belonging not available via one to one therapy sessions, and offers a more affordable entry point to working with this medicine. In person attendance is recommended (Ridgway) and arrangements can be made for telehealth.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to use ketamine as an additional tool to heal trauma and nervous system issues, or for depression relapse prevention through the Winter season.

ELIGIBILITY

Current capacity for each group is 3 in person and 2 televideo. In person group with televideo attendance possible.Each person's protocol will be tailored to you. A protocol usually includes preparation, dosing (group and/or individual), and integration sessions. A typical protocol includes a series of 3-6 Ketamine dosing sessions interspersed with psychotherapy. All participants will need to connect with a prescriber to determine eligibility and get a prescription. The $75 is refundable if you are not medically eligible to be prescribed ketamine.
